Certain businesses have a level of IT knowledge/experience and support "in-house" and are therefore able to undertake some IT projects internally. We pride ourselves on building close relationships with our clients, ensuring we have a full understanding of exactly what is required and how their business operates. This is invaluable in certain circumstances, for example; Holiday cover, Sickness cover or Interim cover for employee replacement.
We have an option of support where you can purchase "blocks of hours". You can purchase a number of hours typically in units of 10. These hours can be used proactively or reactively. They can be used over a 12 month period as and when required. We do however encourage a quarterly visit to monitor your IT performance as a minimum.
